Terms

Conditions & Cancellation Policy: A 50% deposit must be made before tour will be shot. (unless written contract with Agency or Business states otherwise) If tour is canceled and not rescheduled, 50% of tour fee will be charged. If tour is scheduled and homeowner is not present or the property cannot be photographed, 50% of tour fee will be retained. Balance of payment (less deposit) will be due at the time of tour completion. Tour link will be provided upon receipt of balance. Spins will expire 12 months from the date of launch. A fee can be paid yearly to retain tour - see rep for details.
